A fixed-wing aircraft is equipped with a set of telemetry receivers by way of attaching a set of
antenna to each of the support bars on the wings.
The wiring is taken into the airplane and is connected to a switch box that allows the passenger to toggle, the signal
being received, from the left
to the right side of the aircraft. This allows the pilot and telemetry technician to determine the direction from which
the signal is originating and
therefore enables the location of the radio-collared animal.
